Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using architectt.com or any related subdomain (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

Architectt provides AI-assisted tooling for architectural project work (briefs, blueprints, project management, client portals) and publishes an editorial Journal. Features may evolve; we may add, change, or remove functionality.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account. Do not share your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • upload illegal, infringing, or harmful content;
  • attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape at scale, or disrupt the Service;
  • use the Service to spam, harass, or impersonate others;
  • use AI features to generate content that violates third-party rights.

5. AI-generated content

The Journal and certain in-app outputs are produced with AI assistance and human editorial review. AI outputs may contain errors and are not professional architectural, engineering, legal, or financial advice. Decisions with regulatory, structural, or safety implications must be reviewed by a licensed professional in your jurisdiction.

6. Your content

You retain ownership of the content you submit. You grant Architectt a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, process, transmit, and display your content solely as necessary to operate the Service and deliver the features you request (including AI processing as described in our Privacy Policy).

7. Payments and subscriptions

Paid plans are billed by Stripe on a recurring basis. You can cancel at any time from your account; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled pro-rata where required by applicable consumer law.

8. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose security or legal risk. After termination, your data remains exportable for 30 days unless deletion is requested earlier.

9. Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Architectt's aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Architectt against claims arising from your misuse of the Service or from content you submit that infringes a third party's rights.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of France. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Paris, except where mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence apply.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email or in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect.
