AI & ownership.

• Blueprints: turning your brief into a workspace, concept renders, indicative floorplans, room programmes and material suggestions.
• Cost and materials: indicative ranges and categorisation, derived from your inputs and public reference material.
• Editorial: the Journal and News & Press are researched and drafted with AI assistance, then checked against source material and quality gates before publication.
• Images: published editorial images are generated and then graded against a photographic quality standard; images that fail are re-shot or the piece is held.

Architect reviews are not AI-generated. They are written by a verified human architect.

You own the outputs you generate from your own brief — concept renders, floorplan suggestions, room programmes, material palettes, cost tables and written summaries — to the fullest extent such material is capable of ownership under applicable law. You may use them commercially, modify them, and share them with your clients, contractors and authorities.

We keep only the limited licence needed to run the service for you: hosting, display, backup, transmission to the processors listed in our subprocessor list, and generating the outputs you ask for.

We do not use your project content to train AI models, and we do not publish or showcase your projects without your written permission.

Note that purely machine-generated material may not attract copyright in every jurisdiction. We do not promise that a generated image is protectable, only that we claim no ownership over it against you.

Journal articles, News & Press pieces, editorial images, the interface and the underlying software remain the property of Architectt. You may quote short extracts with attribution and a link. Republishing whole articles, or reusing editorial images, needs written permission.

Every published editorial piece carries an AI-assistance disclosure and, where the piece rests on external facts, a sources and method note. Images generated for editorial use are labelled as visualisations rather than presented as documentary photography of a building.

We check factual claims against sources before publication and correct errors when we find them or when you tell us. To report an error, write to hello@architectt.com; corrections are made on the article itself.

AI output can be wrong, incomplete, or plausible-looking but unbuildable. It is study material for exploring options and briefing professionals. It is not architectural, engineering, legal, planning, valuation or financial advice.

Any decision with structural, fire, safety, accessibility, heritage, planning or contractual consequence must be reviewed and signed off by a licensed professional in the relevant jurisdiction. See also Acceptable Use.

Generation runs through AI providers acting as our processors, routed via an AI gateway. They receive the prompt and reference material needed to produce the output, process it to return the result, and are not permitted to train on it. The current providers are named in the subprocessor list, which we update before a new provider is used.
