Payments, cancellation & refunds.

• Token packs — a one-off purchase of generation credits used for concept renders, floorplan suggestions and other paid actions inside a Blueprint.
• Architect reviews — a fixed token price per review, charged when the request is submitted to a verified reviewer.
• Firm and studio subscriptions — recurring access for teams, billed per period with seat and project limits stated at purchase.
• Bespoke engagements — quoted individually and contracted separately; not sold self-service.

Token costs per action are shown in the interface before you confirm. Tokens have no cash value, are not transferable between accounts, and are not a payment instrument.

Consumer prices are shown in euro. Business subscriptions may be quoted in another currency, which is stated at checkout. As a Danish business we apply VAT according to the rules for your location; EU business customers with a valid VAT number may be reverse-charged. Our VAT number is 45438031. An invoice is issued for every payment and is available from your billing portal.

Payments are processed by Stripe. Card details go directly to Stripe; we receive only the payment status and a customer reference. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period until cancelled. If a renewal fails we retry and email you; if payment is not completed, paid features pause while your data stays intact.

You can cancel a subscription at any time from your account. Cancellation stops the next renewal; access continues until the end of the period you already paid for. We do not pro-rate part-used subscription periods except where consumer law requires it. Closing your account entirely is described in our Privacy Policy.

If you are a consumer in the EU or EEA, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a digital purchase. Because tokens and generations are digital content supplied immediately, that right ends once supply begins with your consent.

In practice:

• Unused token pack — full refund within 14 days of purchase.
• Partly used token pack — refund of the unused portion within 14 days, at the price you paid per token.
• Subscription — full refund within 14 days if no paid generation or review has been used in the period.
• Architect review already delivered — not refundable on withdrawal grounds, because the professional work has been performed.

If a paid action fails for a technical reason on our side, the tokens are restored automatically. If restoration does not happen, tell us and we will restore them manually or refund the money at your choice.

An output you dislike is not a fault. Generation is exploratory and results vary — we will not refund a completed generation for aesthetic reasons, but we will help you brief it better.

If a reviewer fails to deliver a claimed review within the stated window, the review tokens are returned in full.

Write to hello@architectt.com from the email address on the account, with the invoice reference and what you want refunded. We respond within 5 working days and approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, normally within 10 working days. Disputed charges can also be escalated through your card issuer; we would rather you came to us first.
