Answers
ARCHITECTT is an AI architecture studio with a licensed architect on every paid Blueprint: the engine drafts plans, renders and material palettes from a written brief, and an architect corrects and signs the result.
What is ARCHITECTT?
ARCHITECTT is an AI architecture studio. You describe a site, a programme and a mood in plain language, and the engine returns a written brief, plans, massing renders and a material board — with a licensed architect reviewing the work on paid tiers.
How does the AI engine work?
Each Blueprint is a sequence of engine calls: the brief is read first, then plans and elevations are drafted, massing is rendered, and materials are proposed as a palette. You can iterate on any single part without regenerating the whole package.
Who reviews the drawings?
A licensed architect from the ARCHITECTT reviewer network, matched to your jurisdiction and building type. The architect corrects the prompt, writes a verdict and signs the review — the AI drafts, the architect authors.
What does it cost to start?
Sketch is free: three Blueprint drafts a month, no card required. Frame and Foundry add Pro-grade models, more generations and architect review credits, and token packs can be topped up at any time.
When should I choose Bespoke instead?
Bespoke is the studio's own commission track for a handful of projects a year — handpicked by introduction, delivered by an HQ team with a local partner firm for permits. Choose it when you need built work rather than a concept package.
