The Architectt AI engine turns a written brief into an architectural concept package — plan, massing render and material board — which a licensed architect then reviews on paid tiers.
What is the Architectt AI engine?
The Architectt AI engine is a studio-trained architecture engine: it reads a written brief and returns a concept package — brief, floor plan, massing render and material board — in minutes, from your browser or the iOS and Android apps.
What do I get in one Blueprint?
A Blueprint is a package: a written design brief, plans and elevations, a massing render, a lighting and material palette, and a materials list you can hand to a builder or a local architect.
How do I write a good prompt?
Name the site, the surface area, the programme and the mood, then add two to four reference images. A tight written brief costs fewer tokens and produces sharper plans than twenty loose references.
Is the output reviewed by a real architect?
On paid tiers, yes. A licensed architect from the reviewer network corrects the prompt, marks up the drawings and signs a written verdict. Free drafts are engine-only and are not construction documents.
Can I use a Blueprint for a permit?
Not on its own. A Blueprint is concept and design work; permit submissions are prepared with a locally licensed architect or engineer, which the reviewer network and Bespoke track exist to provide.
