Who owns the work my team generates?
The practice does. Output created under a studio account belongs to the firm's library, not to an individual employee's personal account, and it can be synced to the studio's own Google Drive.
How do collaborators get access?
You invite them by email from the studio console. Access is scoped per project, so a collaborator or external consultant sees only the projects they were invited to and nothing else in the library.
What happens when someone leaves the practice?
You revoke their access from the console. Their projects, drawings and material boards remain with the firm, because the work was created under the studio account rather than a personal one.
Can we still use architect review?
Yes. Studio projects use the same reviewer network as individual accounts, so a licensed architect outside your team can correct and sign a Blueprint before it goes to a client.
