Bespoke · MMXXVI · By invitation

We choose the next adventure.

like true artists.

Bespoke is limited. Projects are handpicked — by introduction, by conversation, by instinct. We accept extraordinary opportunities and we say no to almost everything else. We do not enter tenders or design competitions; that way of working ended in the 1990s.

— I. Manifesto

Most projects fail on the business side. Architects get pushed to cut fees. Budgets triple. Blame lands on the creative team that asked, from the start, for the scope to be done properly.

We are done with that recipe. So we built two doors. Bespoke — for owners ready to commission architecture without compromise. AI — for everyone else.

18 – 30 months
  1. 01

    Conversation

A long first call. We learn the site, the people, the constraints — and decide together whether to continue.

  2. 02

    Brief

We write the brief together — what to draw, what to remove, what to protect. Signed before anything is sketched.

  3. 03

    Studio

HQ team draws. Architect-in-the-loop reviews. Iterations land at your table, not your inbox.

  4. 04

    Build

Local-firm partner runs permits and site. We stay on the project until the last threshold is finished.

— III. How we choose
01 · The site

A place with a soul.

Coastline, ruin, forest, rooftop, a difficult plot nobody else wants. We are drawn to terrain before we are drawn to programme.

02 · The client

Someone who wants to be surprised.

Who lets us push, and pushes back. Two years at the same table — we'd like to enjoy the company.

03 · The brief

Something we haven't drawn before.

If the answer is already written into the brief, we say no — kindly. We are here to draw what nobody asked for, and to be right about it.

Architectt Bespoke is the studio's commission track: a few handpicked projects a year, authored by an HQ team of architects and delivered with a local partner firm for permits.

What is Architectt Bespoke?

Bespoke is the studio's own commission track: a handful of projects a year, designed by an ARCHITECTT HQ team and delivered with a local partner firm for permits and site work. It is by introduction, not by tender.

How do I commission the studio?

Send an introduction with the site, the programme and the ambition. The studio reads every brief and replies either with a conversation or a decline — there are no competitions and no unpaid concept rounds.

How is Bespoke different from the AI engine?

The engine returns concept packages in minutes for anyone. Bespoke is authored work: full design development, drawings, materials and site follow-through, with the engine used as a studio tool rather than the deliverable.

Which projects get selected?

Projects where the site or the programme has something to say — a rebuild, a heritage fabric, a difficult plot, a client with a real appetite for design. Budget matters less than ambition and trust.

What does Bespoke cost?

Bespoke is quoted per project after the introduction call, based on scope, surface area and jurisdiction. It is a studio fee, not a subscription, and it is invoiced in stages against agreed phases.
